If you choose lettering, a decorative plate MUST be chosen. Not all items will accept all plates. The drop down list contains only those plates that will fit on this item. The cost of a plate is included in the cost of lettering. There is no additional charge for the plate.

Please note: Your choice of plate may further restrict the number of lines of lettering. Please consult the table below to determine the maximum number of lines that a plate may accept.

This item may be personalized with up to three lines of lettering. Usually the first line is used for a sentiment, the second for your pet's name and the third the year of birth and death (i.e. 1995-2004). You do not need to use all the lines, but you must select a font for each line you do use. Each line may be up to 25 characters long and will be reproduced exactly as you provide it. The additional cost of lettering is $38.00.
