Pricing and Payment
My Cherished Pet accepts payment by VISA and MasterCard ONLY.
All orders are subject to credit approval.
All prices are quoted in US dollars.
Credit Card Security
My Cherished Pet uses the services of an established and reliable third party vendor (Authorize.Net) to manage the communication and verification of all account sensitive information (your account number and its expiration date). All communication of account sensitive information is conducted across an encrypted, secure socket layer (SSL) connection.
As part of this service, your account information is verified against bank records to guard against unauthorized use of your credit card. As an additional safe guard, your account number is held in confidence by Authorize.Net. It is never made available to anyone at My Cherished Pet.
Since the communication of account sensitive information is actually performed by a Payment Form remotely provided, some browsers may issue a security warning prior to creating your My Cherished Pet receipt. No account sensitive information is part of this process. This warning may be safely disregarded.
All transactions carry My Cherished Pet, LLC as the merchant of record. If you suspect an instance of unauthorized use of your credit card, immediately report the case to My Cherished Pet using the contact information below.
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A. VIA UPS GROUND.
Merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Overnight Shipping. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday & holidays). Standard Delivery is 5-7 working days from the date of the shipment.
Please Note: We are sorry we cannot offer free shipping on orders bound for Alaska or Hawaii. An additional shipping fee of $20.00 will be automatically added to orders bound for these states.
We are sorry but we cannot ship to destinations outside the United States.
Refunds and Returns
Please inspect all packages immediately. Damaged merchandise must be reported to My Cherished Pet within 48 hours upon receipt of packages. Please retain all boxes and packing materials for a damage inspection by the delivery carrier.
Credit for damaged merchandise may be forfeited if a report is not made within the time specified. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Requests for a return must be made within 10 days of receipt.
It is the customer?s responsibility to adequately package returned merchandise. No credit can be issued if damage occurs as a result of improper packaging.
Custom orders and urns that have been engraved are non-returnable if they were shipped as ordered.
The My Cherished Pet on-line order entry system requires your name and address information to correctly pack and ship your order.
Your telephone number is required so that we may contact you to resolve any questions our staff may have regarding how to correctly personalize your items or to notify you of problems that may arise from a system failure.
Your email address is required by our credit card authorization service so that you can be emailed a copy of their receipt. In addition, email may be the most convenient method to contact you to resolve personalization questions.
My Cherished Pet respects your privacy. We do not use the information you provide to conduct postal, email or telephone marketing. We do not supply your information to third parties who perform these activities.
